Asian cinema's one I'm not too familiar with. I've just seen almost all of the Kurosawa flicks (spoilers: there will be more of his on The List) and really popular stuff like Oldboy, Crouching Tiger, etc. plus the horrors from the last 20 years. I was thinking of checking out some Ozu stuff next, but opinions seem to vary wildly on his stuff.
I only first saw The Green Mile recently, but I didn't get too into it. Rockwell and the guy who married a 16-year-old played pieces of shit really well and I liked the mouse stuff, but Hanks' character was pretty flat, it was way too long and the cancer-curing bit was probably a bit much. I'll think about this one.
