The struggle I sometimes have these days is deciding what to listen to - especially when on Spotify, which offers an overwhelming amount of choice. I have a big ever-expanding Google Doc with (at current count) 800+ albums to listen to, 150+ albums to listen to again, 400+ albums that are at least good, and 50+ albums that are at least very good (all stuff I don't own in any physical format). So it's a good way to find something random to listen to that's new, but harder when I'm in a particular mood but can't decide for what.
Reading - my biggest recommendation would be to read while walking, if you live in a quiet enough area with sidewalks. It's a good way to get some exercise and has helped me replace some of the reading I did when I commuted. Besides that, I try to do a little reading at random times of the day and before bed.
Movies/TV - it varies by what streaming platforms I currently subscribe to, and by how much cooking/cleaning I'm doing (which I usually watch TV or lowbrow movies during).
