It basically sounded like a jazz-influenced score from that time, which is pretty much what you'd hope for.

I don't know if the film itself got discussed here. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a weird film, a 2010's attempt to reconstruct a film about the specific cultural and artistic anxieties a dead filmmaker was going through half a century ago. It probably would've felt like a dated curio had it been finished and released any time after about 1972.
