The absolute worst eps I've seen include the one where Skinner was revealed to be Armin whatever-the-hell and the one where Fat Tony dies (oh God), is replaced by his cousin (*faints*) Fit Tony (*wakes up screaming*) who gains weight and becomes Fat Tony (make it stop).
