I found Ellen Page the most useless character in Inception. Not that I care, because I doubt I'll ever watch the film again, aside from flipping through that rotating hallway scene on Youtube, or listening to the hilarious "BWOMMMMM" music from time to time.
Weird fact: the real Popeye Doyle, Eddie Egan, appears in the film as one of the cops that cusses Doyle out. (The real Cloudy Russo, Sonny Grosso, became a movie producer.)
Sixth Sense manages decent atmosphere, a few good scares, and solid work from Willis, Collette and Osment, so if there'd been no weirdo twist (which became the curse of Shyamalan's career anyway) there'd have been a decent thriller in there. And hell, I've never really liked a Shyamalan film since, so it's not like I'm rushing to his defense.
