Isn't this fairly standard these days, regardless of which app you use, or if you even use an app at all? Anyway, I've never really liked that, which is the main reason I sucked at dating in NYC- if you don't literally pounce on a girl on the first date out there, they either think you're not interested or that you're making room for their body parts in your freezer or something.
But anyway, Bumble sounds like it might work better for me though I might do what you're describing just to get the full scope.
