Haha congrats on "gettin the laundry done" homie.
"Sometimes I wish I were gay; this seems to be the norm for a lot of them"
One of my best friends is gay so I have a backstage pass (so to speak) to the gay way of life and yeah, the prevalence of sex in his and his husband's lives is ridiculous. I mean, they can simply go to the gym every time they feel like getting laid. And not only will they get laid, they'll have an orgy (they have an open relationship, NAT-urally). Can you imagine if that were true for straight people?
My elementary school period and younger was my happiest period. I loved being a kid and am very nostalgic about that era. But I got in trouble a lot too- was sent to the principal's office as early as kindergarten for vandalizing school property (I used a thumbtack to poke holes through the cells of Viewmaster slides- just for the sheer tactile sensation). High school was fun too- started smoking weed, drinking, going to parties, getting laid/having gfs. Middle school was my unhappy period- classic awkward years. Was overweight and had pimples (not *that* bad of a case but worse than ever before or since) and was depressed and dressed in black and was all about Marilyn Manson.
I generally don't listen to any post 1979 jazz, even by favorite artists of mine like Hill. I'd definitely be down to see him in concert if I heard about him playing in the area. Ditto with Herbie- have been meaning to see him but haven't hear about him playing in the area for awhile
