I work in north suspension B shift, and need assistance. We are being discriminated against by our AM Dwayne Walker. A shift has been going home early several times per week while putting up terrible numbers and we never once get sent home early. We are by far the more productive shift and have overhead Dwayne say he dosen't care about team members only about getting stock out the doors. I have worked under Dwayne for over 8 years and know that he holds grudges against some team members and feel he makes his assumptions out of spite. This is a collective concern felt by every single team member and feel our voice isn't being heard. I'm writing this message out of desperation and as a last resort. We as team members feel there is nothing more insulting then being the more productive shift and being discriminated against for no reason. All we ask is to be treated fairly with A shift that is ALL WE ASK. To who it may concern, thankyou for listening to our concerns and hope to hear back soon.
