I actually watched in on RAV because it is Sat morning and raining (quit now) and it was something to do.

He was actually calm - kinda monotone if you ask me, but then no one will. He has put money into the military - and no one is really happy about the budget they have been given - he did the same thing in his first term. Hope he is really standing on that 'peace through strength' thing...because there is a different article out talking about some changes over with the nuke division. I was saying before the election that I heard war drums - was saying after the election too. I hope I am wrong in that someone is edging toward picking a fight...and when I say someone - of course, I mean China.
