Go to corporations and people making $500K and above. The rest will trickle down.
Everybody I know files a federal tax return. That includes school teachers, firemen, police officers, union carpenters, professional business people and small business owners to name a few....and NOBODY from those groups got any appreciable tax cut from Trump's first term tax cuts. It will be no different this time.
So keep your bullshit up your ass.
