I am all for transparency in government. And I support due process when prosecuting crimes. But I haven’t seen any data to support the opinion that ICE is targeting non-criminals or that they are prioritizing illegal aliens who have not committed crimes other than being here illegally.

That would be good data to have in order to support an informed opinion.
