Argument:
14th Amendment "Due Process Clause" applies only to US Citizens, not to illegal aliens.
Premises:
1. Illegal aliens are not "citizens of the United States".
2. Deportation of illegal aliens does not deprive them of "life, liberty or property", therefore they are not entitled to "due process".
3. Illegal aliens are not "within the jurisdiction" of the United States because they are not citizens ... they are criminals who illegally crossed our border.
4. Illegal aliens have no "rights" afforded by the Constitution, including the right to assemble and protest.
Sane arguments to the contrary are invited. Insults will be ignored.
