There is NO WAY in Colorado or Southern California that this would be possible....as the lanes are ALREADY packed on the main freeways... But, I still think it is possible in both of those Democrat run states...as, they believe electric cars deserve the best of everything! To heck with the average person trying to get to work in a gas driven car!
