NBC reports that the DOJ opens investigation into New York AG's office that brought fraud case against Trump

(So, okay...probably another THUD but one can only hope that SOMETHING comes out of spending all this taxpayer money on investigations...besides it is 103 here and I am cranky - after 100 does 3 more or thirty more degrees really matter? I gotta find a new state!)

[EX] "The probe is focused on whether James' office used its authority to violate Trump's legal rights through its civil lawsuits against the president and his businesses, these people said. The investigation is also looking at whether the National Rifle Association's rights were violated by her civil suits, they said. It is being run out of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, two of the sources said."
