I no longer have knees and baby doesn't get low low low because arthritis says no no no

I now swim. Prefer outdoors but there is something about indoor swimming within a glass enclosure in the early hours of a snowy February morning that also has an appeal. One of the newer and fancier Y's - I will miss it when we move.

Between my ears and arthritis...I'm like an old car...whenever I roll up in the parking lot, something falls off. At least it feels that way. Old age is NOT for sissy's.
