I live 2 miles from the "busiest freeway in the United States". It's bumpy from wear and tear due to heavy traffic and big trucks. When it's not crowded, people will go 80 MPH. The high speeds cause wear.

I drive a lot, but I don't keep a record of the all the bumps every day.
