Banana, apple, papaya, ginger, apple, yogurt, lime, orange juice/pomagranite(sp).
Also my meds, plus vitamins D3, and saw palmetto. Each day is a bit different. On occasion I’ll add celery, or carrots. I’m not fond of a veggie taste. My smoothie has noticeably improved my energy level. As well as attitude. Have cut out eggs and bacon, butter, bread/toast. No lunch but a no holds barred dinner. More than you probably wanted to know.
