People disagree on “climate change”, in part because they remember being warned about an ice age and global warming. We waste too much time debating those things. But we all want to leave the planet in better shape for the next generation. Most companies prefer to do business with other companies who share that vision. And certainly consumers demand it.

Good companies create value by including sustainable practices in their DNA and culture. The market rewards goods and products created with this vision.

But we must remain patient. EV technology is not quite there yet. It is not going to get there via government mandates and central planning. It will get there because there are strong market incentives including profit and capital investment.

The future is bright because the free market will reward the innovators with economic incentives that will result in jobs and prosperity.
