when Elias (or a group affliated) trotted into Texas to sue for coalition districts - gaining two dem seats and giving Texas 38 electoral votes as opposed to the 36 they had prior.
What has occurred now is a course correction to a legal map...but the temper tantrum on the left is epic...and they aren't going to get a refund from Elias - that dude does not work cheap.
