Constitutionally-dubious involvement of military forces on the flimsy basis of a "state of emergency" that leads to federal occupation of cities that just happen to be in the opposite political camp? Nope. Even if one thinks this administration's motives here are pure as the driven snow (and no rational person thinks that of any politician...), that's an insanely bad precedent, one the Founders would be aghast at.
