Showing some of that "Desert Storm"-quality reporting style of decades ago. CNN was started by Ted Turner, one of my McCallie School colleagues of the late 50s. Very unusual dude. His father, who owned WSAV-TV in Savannah, committed suicide. Ted inherited the station. The sharks moved in and offered him $50,000 for the station, and Ted said "I will give you $50,000 to get the hell out of my life".

I think CNN has realized that going left-rad is the kiss of death, as PMS/BS/NBC has reaped.

But Brian AlkaSeltzer was nasty (as usual) about the Charlotte NC murder. Said only reason it made news was because it was black male on white woman crime. SMH
