I did not follow his recommendation to vote for Trump. I disagreed with some of his statements.
But he was a champion of civil discourse. He invited those with differing opinions to discuss issues with him. In this regard he modeled good behavior, behavior we should all embrace.
He was “a good guy.” He was an ardent free speech advocate. Based on an evil act by a bad guy, his life was taken.
