I am not sure any of my children are party affiliated. They keep their cards close to their chest.

I do know that in a non-presidential election year (is that called an off year?) I think around 2018 - my daughter and I were riding to the voting poll together and on the way there got into an argument over certain candidates - when we got there the lines were wrapped around the building and I was so pissed off that I told her our votes were going to cancel each other out so just take me back home. LOL However, I was very firm in that my children have to make up their own mind and form their own beliefs - they could debate me - and I enjoyed that very much - but we often do not agree.

Well, one son, pretty sure he and I are aligned but he won't ever say. Of course, he just may not want to argue with me
