I've seen an old tweet from the makers of Tylenol that said something like "We recommend that pregnant women NOT take Tylenol".

But all you have to do is look at a bottle of Tylenol to know that the tweet isn't correct.

The bottles just say "If pregnant, consult your Doctor before taking Tylenol" or words to that effect.

Studies indicate that in low doses over short periods of time it's generally OK.

The studies just say that pregnant women shouldn't take it in large doses and/or over long periods of time.
