There is no motive.

The high speed camera did not pick up the flash of gun fire nor the path of the magic bullet.

And you have yet to explain why anybody should ignore the guy on the roof who tried to hide the murder weapon, had a motive, had a DNA match with the murder weapon, and tried to escape the scene of the crime.

Facts, reason, and logic cannot be ignored, yet you seem fine doing just that.
