He is a reactionary. In these times of likely nuclear war it’s important to have leaders who are sane and level headed, that do not shoot from the hip. His mercurial personality in a certain circumstance could lead to a global holocaust. Having said that I do prefer his in house national policies even though I’ve reservations about sending troops to do police work. Granted there are cities that deserve it.
