Here's the scenario that their TDS makes possible, in their atrophied minds:

Ambulance pulls up outside the ER. The EMTs open up the back and pull out a gurney. A 15 year old girl is laying on the gurney. She's been in a car accident. She's covered with blood, a huge gash across her forehead, one arm hanging on by a few tendons, compound fractures in both legs.

They're met at the door by a Hospital Administrator:

"Is this girl an American citizen?"

EMT: "No! She's here illegally!"

"Sorry. She can't come in, and you're not allowed to treat her anymore. Just put her under that tree across the street, with the other dying illegals."

These ignorant, Trump-hating, TDS afflicted morons actually see that as a possibility.
