Mondo, according to Trump any new President will have the right to decide to do that if he wants. Trump has given all future Presidents precedents, even Democrat presidents. The White House is not the least sacred. Any future President can decide to tear down the new ballroom with no need to ask anyone for permission. How could the Republicans even complain?
