Where there is a will, there is a way.....they say!

They need to get rid of a lot of building requirements that have raised the costs on homes that are within reason...I understand that adds quite a bit to cost... But, as I have said before we've gone through this before in 1979, when interest rates were 12%...on buying homes...

I have a granddaughter and husband looking at buying a home at the moment.....we shall see??

Another granddaughter and her husband bought a home 8 years ago and had a chance to upgrade to a newer one in a "classier" neighborhood...but, decided they would prefer to stay in the one they have and fix it up and take a few good trips.....and they have done all of what they said and planned....
