1) A legal immigrant who never committed any crimes and has been here for at least fourteen years?
2) A person born in USA who is a convicted felon?
The US constitution says presidents have to be "natural born Citizens", but it does not prevent convicted felons from being president. Does that seem reasonable?
"been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States" seems like a reasonable requirement.
Schwarzenegger was a good reasonable moderate. He would have been a good president, but our constitution does not allow it.
