Scenario #2: If Iran refuses, Israel will begin systematic destruction of all Iranian Hydrologic resources: Dams, Reservoirs, Pumping Stations, Pipelines, Water Purification facilities. Clearly, Iran's air defenses are helpless to prevent this destruction. Imagine: War, Famine, Drought, Death.
