The Police and other law enforcement personnel have been FAR too lenient with these dumb assholes who have therefore been encouraged to get in the face of law enforcement, who have been taught that it's OK to be an asshole, get in the way, scream and yell and push and shove and block streets and throw bricks and rocks and break car windows and burn things.

This all should have been nipped in the bud a LONG time ago.

Instead, this woman thought she had free reign to do whatever the hell she wanted.

In THAT way, and in that way ONLY, this was the fault of law enforcement.

She should have been at home, with her children.
