First, people with a net worth of $10 million have already paid state, local, and federal taxes on those earnings. Confiscating those earned dollars and transferring them to someone who didn’t earn them has been tried by the ruling class for decades around the world. It is immoral and worse yet, it doesn’t work.

What works is a system which facilitates freedom of choice, allows people to keep as much as they earn as possible, and results in jobs and the ability for people to lift themselves out of poverty instead of relying on the government to take it from someone else who did earn it.
