I don't know why the guy brought a gun to the protest. That seems like a bad choice, but not illegal.

I saw the video. He was not brandishing the gun or threatening anyone. He was shot after his gun was confiscated.

ICE is getting careless. It seems like they are ramping up enforcement too fast. They are being careless about who they hire. They are not even using bodycams.
