An ACLU report found that, by 2012, roughly 75% of individuals removed did not see a judge. Many were subjected to expedited removal, which limited their ability to present their cases, often without legal representation.
Can you give an example of ICE failing to obey the Constitution?
Or is it just your opinion without supporting facts?
