Sure, it's offensive and moronic...but I'm not sure they've suffered an actionable amount of harm from the depiction.

I'm actually okay with that. I consider freedom of expression to be more important than not hearing/seeing racist fuckwittery. Easy for me to say, I guess, given that I'm usually the whitest (in terms of actual skin tone) person in any given room. But I do take a rather Voltairian position on this sort of thing.
