I would not waste any energy on hating anyone, nor does this article say more than the interesting fact that Mexico's Drug cartels are now using the same drone technology as we have seen in warfare. They can now carry warfare against us to a new more dangerous level. That would have happened regardless of who was president. So Trump is not being accused of anything in this article.
