The first phase is not scheduled to be completed until 2033. The cost estimates have already doubled. I'm afraid the costs will continue to increase and the end date will continue to get farther and farther away.

Now they want to pass a bill to hide some info from the public.

This is the same state that gave me a $9,500 rebate for buying an EV. That rebate was good for me, but a waste of taxpayer money.
