Getting caught lying about having ever met the guy implies a reason for trying to create as much distance as possible. If that reason is her possessing any degree of knowledge of terrible crimes, then we have a problem. I realize she's been ignoring Bill's philandering for decades, but given some of what looks to have gone on on Epstein Island and that New Mexico property, ignoring those kinds of acts is itself a felony crime.
