Yeah, I know: wrong board!

But there's an interesting conundrum she's facing (giving her some benefit of the doubt for the sake of discussion here: that's she's at least trying to act in some semblance of good faith): do you keep a "resume' highlight" job despite knowing you're being paid to lie? And if so, are your reasons based on income/prestige or because you genuinely believe that the administration's overall goals are worth compromising your devotion to truth to help attain? While the former is difficult to justify from an ethical perspective, a case for the latter could be made on a "calculus of least harm" basis. I don't personally think that calculus would prove out, but it's not impossible.
