We have laws about immigration, naturalization and citizenship.

All matters of law should have equal priority. If there are laws that have no priority, they should be repealed.

It's not like we have one master enforcer pathetically trying to enforce all laws and letting major legal matters fall thru the cracks. We have a broad spectrum of agencies enforcing different aspects of law. Each should administer the law with which they are charged with vigor, responsibility and equanimity.

Thus, any administrative group which does not enforce the laws with which they are charged is a system failure which adversely affects everyone. At any failed level, citizens get hurt and their rights become violated.
