Too many decisions are made by thin margins which may be reversed or overturned in short order.

Requiring 3/5 or 60% votes for ALL decisions ensures that we have far more than a mere majority of the electors behind each decision.

Example: Require votes 3/5 of all voters for a given political office be given to a single candidate to determine election.

Similarly, 3/5 of Senate be required to confirm a candidate for Federal court.

Furthermore, 3/5 of each court should be needed to make any decision.

Ultimately, this policy guarantees that consensus politics transcends the current fragmentary system. In other words, COMPROMISE and not competition becomes the foundation of democracy.

Don't waste my time by telling me that this would require amendments in Federal and State constitutions and election laws. I KNOW that.
