Who are they that have profited as they climbed?

Beyond the power seekers, the money seekers, the property seekers, the promotion seekers, the arms manufacturers, the
transportation providers, the service and repair providers, and
maybe some of the News providers, I can’t think of a how one
group of people thinks they'll really benefit from their engaging
in the practice of providing death and destruction on a large scale, unless it’s the weekend
