Iran’s Uranium is only enriched to 60% putiyty. It takes 90% enrichment to make a nuclear weapon.

60% enrichment is not illegal under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

After all these years, Trump claims 47 years, and Iran is only capable to enrich to 60%. They have a long way to go to reach 90%.
