The Republicans financed Obama's campaign against Hillary Clinton. The Republicans even crossed Party Lines to vote in Democrat Primaries in close states to ensure Obama got the nomination.

Why? The Republicans never thought America would elect a Mulatto for President. The Republicans did everything they could to make Obama fail. Thus the birth of the Partisan Republican Party. It's been party over country ever since.

Despite all the obstruction and gridlock, President Obama did a good job, especially pulling America out of the "Great Recession" left by the Bush/Cheney administration. Obama was one of America's better Presidents.
