Then they gripe at the high cost of fuel.

Color them STUPID.

Please do NOT waste my time calling this "Environmental Protection", which is absurd. It is ONE THING to require careful site qualification to prevent risky wells, but another to ban ALL fracking, regardless of site considerations.
