Oddly enough, that wasn’t taught that way at
my Catholic schools, and if Father McDermott
were alive today, I would challenge him on it,
and the part his Church played in the murders
of dozens of indigenous people, in the Name
of Jesus, our Lord*… amen

It changes the whole picture if, when she took
the bite of the apple, He said, “well, Me dammit.
I didn’t know she was going to do that.”

On the other hand, being Omniscient and all,
He knew exactly what she would do, and He
knew exactly what was gonna happen, and
now He is still doing on earth, as it is in
heaven… n that could be kind of scary.
