Many tribes captured and brutally enslaved other tribes. Slavery is not limited to one race, tribe, or ethnic group. Reservations are the result of treaties negotiated between tribes and the US government. While i share many tribes mistrust of the federal government, one cannot ignore either their existence or their legal consequences.

Many tribes have embraced capitalism and re doing quite well. The Seminole tribe owns most of the Hard Rock Cafes around the world. Other tribes are models for what happens when you expect socialism to provide for people.

I applaud this lady’s choice to embrace capitalism as an author regardless of her lack of acknowledgement for the system she
benefits from for her livelihood.
