Have you ever actually read the Constitution? There is a due process for prosecuting alleged crimes. It is designed to protect citizens from unlawful searches and biased innuendo.

There are plenty of biased, politically motivated prosecutors who would have salivated at the thought of acting upon your heinous allegations by now if there were even a shred of evidence to prosecute a case against Trump. There isn’t any credible evidence as much as you want to believe it exists.
