Trump doesn't like the word 'no' - he's trying to run around the side of legal decisions regarding the mail. His "idea" is dissasterous and unnecessary (like most things he does)

The game infringement is pretty obvious, just like all the music he uses without artists' permission

- he did not follow the promise for a 14day announcement before starting the arch, without permitting and without congress (just more snubbing his nose at legalities)

These things and many more reflect a complete distain for anything that is noble, right, or kind. His ego is the size of the universe at this point. He belives he can do whatever he wants because NO ONE is stopping him but for some wise judges.
